Todd Rash

Todd is the great grandson of the early Texas judge, Judge Charlie Grant Rash, who came to Texas by wagon train in the late 1800s. Todd honors his heritage by seeking justice and defending fellow Texans who are accused of crimes by the government. He understands the feelings of helplessness and unfairness we encounter when we are prosecuted by a government with unlimited resources.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas. His early career was in public accounting and then as the financial controller for an engineering company. In 1993, he left corporate finance to start Advantage Labs, Inc., a fast-growing chemical technology development and manufacturing company. He later sold Advantage Labs to investors and earned a doctorate degree in law from what is now known as Texas A&M University School of Law.
